Heal brush (Wrinkles)

I just reduced the wrinkles on Helen Mirren.

Before:
Can you see the wrinkles?!
After:
Now they are gone! Well almost anyway.
To do this open up a Photoshop document, and then past the chosen photo in
To enlarge, select the object press CTRL + ALT + T and drag the corners to your chosen size.
Next, duplicate the photo by right clicking and duplicating it.
The brush we will be using is the heal brush located in the tool bar on the left hand side. On the top bar, select ALL LAYERS.
On the top bar, located on the left hand side you can change the brush size to your prefferance, and size of the spots.
The next step is to click ALT on the 'Nice Skin' (may be hard to find), and try get this skin as close to the wrinkle as possible to keep the skin complexion consistent and not abnormal. Then click on the wrinkle, and your wrinkle may look slight better, and blended into the skin!
Move around the face and continue these steps to define the face and remove as many wrinkles or abnormalities on the face.
If you make a mistake, select the marquee tool and circle your error, then press DELETE and then CTRL + D and your mistake will be reversed, and your other coverings will be better.
